Serving Certificate (Original) / Discharge Book (Photocopy)

Caste Certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र) of student for OBC, SC/ST (Photocopy)

9.

Registration, Marksheet & TC - 02 Sets duly signed & attested by the Principal for IX^th to XI^th class’s admission if registered by previous school. 

Movement order is must require.

10.

LOC, Marksheet & TC - 02 sets duly signed & attested by the Principal for 10^th to 12^th class’s admission only.

Movement order is must require.

Note :-

1.         The Admission Form for new admission will not be available without the                                                 PEN (Permanent Education Number) of students from previous schools.

2.         Please submit the admission form along with the above documents duly completed.  INCOMPLETE FORM NOT ACCEPTED IN ANY CONDITION. 

3.         Cutting and use of correction marker (Whitener) are not allowed on the Admission Form.

4.         No admission will be granted without PEN (Permanent Education Number).

4.         This form is not considered as a guarantee of admission. Admission will be taken when the seats will be available.

5.         The Management has the right to cancel the admission at any time.
